    b. Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Company’s client base
    & ensure its strong presence.
    c. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching & performance monitoring of sales
  2. Being responsible for :
    a Present sales, revenue & expenses reports realistic forecast to the management
    b. Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products &
    competition status.
    c. Improve the quality of the sales associates / team as a quality assurance agent
    monitoring & coaching the sales rep.
    d. Guide in creation & develop the utmost effective advertising layouts for the markets to
    maximize ROI simultaneously.
    e. Recruit to lead strategic development & tactical implementation of marketing,
    communications & internet solutions for client easy access.
  3. Shall have the skills on :
    a. Company Standards
    Arranged all visual displays & managed on Sales Kit according to Company standards
    b .Customer Service
    Demonstrate superior level of customer/client service during all interactions to ensure
    conversion of potential buyers into actual customer purchases
  4. Product Knowledge
    Managed & developed a team through training on product knowledge
  5. Sales Goals
